Service
Certified Translation
Sworn and certified translation coordinated where the receiving country requires it. Quoted per document and language pair, usually within 24–48 hours.
Certified translation, coordinated with your authentication
Many countries will not accept a U.S. document — even a properly apostilled one — unless it is accompanied by a certified translation into their official language. We coordinate that translation as part of your order, so the document and its translation move through authentication together and arrive ready to use.
When you need one
- The receiving country’s official language is not English.
- An embassy or consulate requires a translation before it will legalize the document.
- A foreign authority specifically requests a sworn or certified translation.
English-language destinations — the UK, Ireland, Australia, and much of the Caribbean — generally do not require translation. When in doubt, tell us the destination and we will confirm.
Why it is priced per request
Translation cost depends on the document, the language pair, and the length — a one-page birth certificate into Spanish is very different from a multi-page court record into Arabic. Rather than quote a flat price that would overcharge some and underserve others, we quote each translation individually, and turn most quotes around within 24 to 48 hours.
How it works
- Send us the document and tell us the target language and destination.
- We return a fixed translation quote, usually within 24–48 hours.
- On approval, the certified translation is prepared and paired with your authentication order.
No payment now — we confirm your price by phone and send a secure payment link.
