Who we are

A narrow focus, on purpose

Most document services treat apostilles as a sideline to state-level work — birth certificates, diplomas, corporate filings that authenticate through a Secretary of State. We took the opposite path. We handle documents issued by federal agencies and federal courts, which authenticate through a single office in Washington, D.C.: the U.S. Department of State Office of Authentications.

That focus is the whole point. Federal documents follow different rules than state documents. Some have to be certified by the issuing agency before the Department of State will touch them. A few, like naturalization certificates, carry legal restrictions on reproduction that trip up companies who treat every document the same way. Working with these records every day means we know the sequence before your document leaves your hands.

Two offices, one process

Our public office is in West Palm Beach, Florida, where clients across Palm Beach County can walk documents in and have them reviewed on the spot. Our processing office sits on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C., steps from the State Department's authentication corridor — a back-office location where files are prepared and submitted, not a walk-in counter.

Between the two, we serve clients in all fifty states. Because federal documents authenticate in Washington regardless of where you live, your home state makes no difference to the process. You ship the document to us with tracking; we review, submit, monitor and return it.

What we are not

We are a private company. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of State, the FBI, USCIS, or any other federal body. Government filing fees are set by those agencies and are separate from our service fee. We do not provide legal advice. What we provide is the experience to move a federal document through authentication correctly the first time.
